How to use PicPick

Client galleries

Present event photographs in folders with optional face search.

All tutorials

  1. 1. Create the gallery

Choose a theme and business profile, then configure visibility, password, downloads and face recognition where available.

  2. 2. Build the folders

Create root-level folders and upload media into them. Galleries support one folder level, unlike panels with unlimited nesting.

  3. 3. Verify uploads

Check queue completion, previews and a sample of files. Video support and upload allowance depend on plan and service settings.

  4. 4. Monitor analysis

If recognition is enabled, review progress and use Analyze/Retry for eligible unprocessed photos. Recognition consumes AI credits. Review detected people and guest-related results.

  5. 5. Preview and share

Check the cover, logo, folder names and access from the public preview before sending the gallery or available guest links.

  6. 6. Manage delivery

Use filters, status tabs and Find Similar. Review expiry and archive dates before relying on a long-term client link.

Before you begin

  • Recognition is an estimate; review important matches.
  • Account backups exclude archived and trashed media. Request any required recovery before a backup.
