1. User Accounts

• Google Account Login: Users must log in using their Google account to access and manage their studio dashboard and panels securely.
• Phone Number Requirement: After logging in, users must provide a valid phone number to verify their identity and continue using our services.
• Subscription Plans: Users must subscribe to a plan or utilize the Single-Pay feature before creating or managing services such as Panels, Collections, and Albums. Access to services is contingent on an active subscription or valid single-pay transaction.

2. Services Provided

PicPick offers a suite of digital tools designed for photographers and creative studios to deliver exceptional client experiences.

• Creation and Management: Users can create and manage events, selection panels, and galleries for clients, enabling the upload and organization of high-resolution images.
• Storage Options: Users can choose to store images on Google Drive or Amazon S3. For Google Drive, users must provide a publicly accessible Google Drive folder ID or link.
• Client Interactions: Clients can access panel links to view, select, mark as important, and comment on photos seamlessly.

3. Google Drive Access

To provide seamless photo syncing and storage, PicPick integrates with external cloud providers based on user preference.

• Scope of Access: If users choose to use Google Drive for storage, PicPick requires full access to their Google Drive. This includes permissions to create, delete, rename folders or files, and upload files on behalf of the user.
• User Consent: By choosing Google Drive as the storage option, users explicitly consent to PicPick accessing their Google Drive with these necessary permissions.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments for subscriptions and single-pay features are securely processed through Razorpay. Users must maintain an active subscription or complete the necessary payments to utilize our premium services.

Digital Product Policy: As our services are entirely digital products and cloud-based features, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable, except where explicitly required by law.

5. Face Recognition Services

PicPick provides advanced AI-powered face recognition to streamline photo delivery for event guests.

• Amazon Rekognition: Users can create collections and upload images for face recognition, utilizing highly secure Amazon S3 and Amazon Rekognition infrastructure.
• Client Access: Clients and guests can securely use face recognition to find themselves in uploaded event galleries by submitting a temporary selfie.

6. Data Storage, Deletion and Termination

• User Control: Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data at any time. All data will be deleted except for the Google ID, which is retained solely to prevent multiple free trials from the same account.
• Service Deletion: Users can delete individual services, panels, and items, which will permanently remove all associated images and data from our active systems.
• Right to Terminate: PicPick reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unauthorized activities, or abuse the system.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, access to the services will be immediately revoked, and all associated data will be deleted as outlined in our data deletion policy.

7. Data Processing and Privacy

We strictly respect your privacy. We collect and store essential user information, including Google account details (name, email, and ID) and phone numbers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except as absolutely necessary for payment processing, storage services, and core application functionality. By using PicPick services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
