1. Introduction
PicPick is a production web-based platform designed for photographers and photography teams to manage workflows, crew assignments, and client operations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect user information when you use our services.
2. Information We Collect

PicPick uses Google OAuth 2.0 primarily for secure user authentication and login verification. Google Sign-In is used to confirm user identity and to simplify account access. Users may revoke PicPick’s access to their Google account at any time through their Google Account security settings.
4. Google Calendar Access and Usage
- Purpose: Google Calendar access is used strictly for internal crew assignment and scheduling related to photography shoots and work allocation.
- Scope: PicPick requests only the Google Calendar Events scope to create, update, reschedule, or delete events explicitly initiated by the user.
- Limitations: PicPick does not read, analyze, or access unrelated calendar events and does not use calendar data for analytics, advertising, or profiling.
- User Control: Calendar access is optional and can be revoked at any time from the user’s Google Account settings.

- Security Measures: We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect user data. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
7. Data Sharing
- Third Parties: User data is not sold or shared except with essential service providers such as payment gateways and storage providers.
- Legal Compliance: Data may be disclosed if required by law or valid legal process.
8. Cookies
PicPick may use cookies to maintain session integrity, improve user experience, and analyze platform usage. Users may disable cookies in their browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
