-
1. Create the collection
Set event details, business profile, venue, registration, visibility, downloads and any guest-upload options available to your plan.
-
2. Share registration
Share the event QR code or registration link. Guests provide their details and a selfie with consent. Test the guest flow before printing the QR code.
-
3. Upload photographs
Open Upload and verify the queue completes. Collections have a flat image structure and do not preserve nested folders.
-
4. Analyse the event
Use Analyze/Retry on the upload page for eligible photos. Watch the node and progress status; processing can queue while the worker starts. Face recognition consumes AI credits.
-
5. Review people and guests
Manage People contains detected face groups. Manage Guests contains registrations. Review important matches; blur, small faces or occlusion can cause missed or incorrect groups.
-
6. Deliver the results
Share the available collection or personalised links. Use configured messaging actions as required and check their delivery status. Analysis completion does not mean every guest received a message.
Before you begin
- Use a gallery for folders and a panel for client shortlisting.
- Review processing state and credit information before rerunning an entire event.

Check the selfie, uploaded photographs, processing state, matching results and collection visibility.
The node is idle
Check for eligible pending photos and available credits. Use Analyze/Retry once, then monitor the result rather than repeatedly submitting work.
