User-Initiated Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard or by contacting support@picpick.in.
Timing: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid further charges.
Automatic Renewals: Subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which no additional charges will apply.
2. Refund Policy
General Terms: All purchases on PicPick are considered final due to the nature of digital services. Refunds will not be issued once the service or subscription has been accessed or delivered.
Exceptions: Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Duplicate transactions due to technical error
Non-delivery of the purchased service
Unauthorized charges reported within 7 days
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Trial-based plans once upgraded, and one-time purchases are not eligible for refunds unless explicitly stated.
3. Free Trial Terms
Eligibility: PicPick may offer a free trial to new users. Trial duration and features are subject to change without notice.
Limitations: Only one trial is permitted per Google account. Trials automatically expire unless converted to a paid plan.
