    • Panels: Let clients select and comment on photos. Easily collect feedback for album design and delivery.
    • Albums: Design and share interactive digital flipbooks. Clients can view, comment, and approve their albums online.

  • Manage Your Account

    1. How do I update my account information?

    Log in to your PicPick account using your Google credentials. Go to your Profile section (top-right menu > Profile), where you can update your name, phone number, profile photo, and business details. Don’t forget to click Save Changes before exiting.

    2. How do I reset my password?

    PicPick uses Google Sign-In for secure login, so we don’t store your password. To reset it, go to the Google Account Recovery page, and follow the steps to reset your Google account password.

    3. How can I manage my subscription plan?

    To view or update your subscription:

    • Log into your PicPick account.
    • Go to Settings > Subscription.
    • Click Manage Plan to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your current plan.

    You’ll also see your current plan details, renewal dates, and billing history.

    4. Can I switch my Google account after signing up?

    Currently, switching Google accounts is not supported. If you need to migrate data to a new account, please contact our support team at support@picpick.in.

    5. How do I delete my PicPick account?

    We’re sorry to see you go! To permanently delete your account:

    • Email us at support@picpick.in from your registered Google account.
    • Our team will verify your request and begin the deletion process within 2–3 working days.

    Please note: All photos, albums, and client data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered after deletion.

    The single-use flexibility feature allows you to pay only for the features you need without committing to a subscription. You can select specific features for Collections, Panels, and Albums and enjoy unlimited access to them with a one-time purchase.

    3. Is there a free trial available?

    Yes, we offer a 2-day free trial for all new subscribers. You can explore all the features of your chosen plan without any charges until the trial period ends. If you decide to continue, you will be billed at the end of the trial.
