How to use PicPick

Album proofs

Manage revisions, client corrections and approval.

All tutorials

  1. 1. Create an album

Set its name, cover, business profile, password, proofing access, PDF downloads and expiry.

  2. 2. Upload a revision

Open Revisions and upload the PDF with a meaningful version name. Wait for page previews to finish.

  3. 3. Share the proof

Check page order and access, then share the client link. Proofing and PDF download permissions are separate switches.

  4. 4. Review corrections

Inspect submitted notes and the correction types exposed by the viewer, such as drawings, replacements or deletion requests.

  5. 5. Publish the next revision

Edit your source design, export a new PDF and upload a new revision. Set the intended version active and recheck the public proof.

  6. 6. Track approval and find albums

Review draft, submitted and approved states. Filters cover current proof, revisions, corrections, PDF orientation, access, brands, expiry, archiving and dates.

Before you begin

  • Keep your editable design source outside PicPick. A proof PDF does not replace your source project.
  • Filter conditions combine. Reset filters and check Active, Archived and Trash if an album is missing.
