Role Description
As the Sales & Social Media Manager at PicPick, you are the vital bridge between our powerful platform and the global photography community. You will own our brand's voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, transforming casual followers into passionate brand advocates.
This isn't just a community management role; it is a dedicated growth position. You will actively engage with high-end studio owners, wedding photographers, and commercial agencies, demonstrating how PicPick can solve their workflow bottlenecks. You will drive both inbound social buzz and outbound B2B conversions.
You will work closely with the product and design teams to translate complex technical features—like our AI Face Search and automated invoicing—into relatable, high-converting social content and persuasive sales pitches.
Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement: Manage daily interactions on all social channels. Cultivate relationships with industry influencers, highlight user success stories, and moderate discussions.

Content Strategy: Plan, write, and execute a dynamic content calendar that highlights PicPick's features (AI, CRM, Proofing) in a visually appealing and engaging way.

B2B Outreach: Identify and target high-volume studios and creative agencies. Conduct personalized demos and onboard them to our premium Studio and Signature plans.

Growth Analytics: Track engagement metrics and sales conversions. A/B test your messaging and outreach strategies to continuously optimize our acquisition funnel.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you need a unique blend of marketing creativity and relentless sales drive.

Proven experience managing social media accounts for SaaS, tech, or creative brands with a strong aesthetic focus.

Experience in B2B sales or account executive roles, comfortable conducting software demos and closing subscription deals.

Exceptional copywriting skills—you know how to write punchy, persuasive copy that sounds human, not corporate.

Deep understanding of the photography industry and the specific pain points creative professionals face in their daily workflows.

Bonus: You are a photographer yourself or have worked closely within a professional creative agency.
