Role Description

As a Graphic Designer at PicPick, you will be the visual voice of our brand across all marketing channels. Because our core user base consists of professional photographers and creative directors, our own visual assets need to be absolutely flawless, modern, and highly aesthetic.

You will be responsible for creating scroll-stopping social media campaigns, designing beautiful email templates, crafting digital ad creatives, and producing engaging blog post graphics. You will take complex platform features—like our AI Face Recognition or CRM capabilities—and translate them into simple, striking visual infographics.

You will work directly with our marketing and product teams to ensure that every touchpoint a potential user has with PicPick feels premium, consistent, and undeniably professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Social Media Mastery: Design highly engaging static posts, carousel graphics, and short-form video assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Create cohesive visual assets for product launches, feature updates, email newsletters, and seasonal promotional campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Be the guardian of the PicPick brand identity. Ensure typography, color palettes, and visual tone remain consistent across all external materials.
  • Digital Ad Creatives: Design high-converting performance marketing assets (banners, retargeting ads) optimizing for clicks and conversions.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this position, you must have a relentless eye for detail, a strong grasp of modern design trends, and an understanding of the photography industry.

  • A standout portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand identity, social media graphics, and digital marketing materials.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator) and familiarity with Figma.
  • A deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and visual hierarchy.
  • Bonus: Experience with basic motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing (Premiere Pro) for social content.
